Content Ops Engine collects only what is needed to generate, store, and deliver content packs.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, source links or uploaded files, transcripts, brand details, billing status, generated outputs, and usage events needed to run the service.
How we use it
We use submissions to transcribe, analyze, generate, store, and email your content pack. We do not sell customer submissions or use them as public examples without permission.
Payments and email
Stripe handles payment processing. Resend handles delivery emails. Supabase stores project data and uploaded source files.
Customer access
Logged-in customers can view projects tied to their own email. Internal admin monitoring is restricted to authorized operator emails.
